Chef de Partie

Directly responsible for running a section including food preparation, cooking and presentation, supervision and training of junior staff, maintaining close liaison with other sections.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

  • Contribute ideas for the club operations affecting food & beverage service and planning
  • To aid the Head Chef to achieve budgeted food costs and achieving gross profit margins ensuring systems are in place to support the profitability of all food areas 
  • Complete food knowledge of the section allocated ensuring the mise an place of the section is performed to the high standard required at all times
  • Prepare, cook and present food to company standards as instructed by the Head Chef or Sous Chef
  • To ensure daily, weekly and monthly cleaning duties are carried out

Food & Beverage Assistants

We are looking for people to work in our Food & Beverage outlets.  The hours are flexible and are normally 9 hour shifts varying start times.  Please be aware you will require your own transport as public transport is limited.

To learn all the aspects involved in the organization and working in either the Spike Bar, the Long Bar, the Restaurant, the Halfway House or the Drinks Buggy and at the same time to be an integral part of the Food and Beverage Team, carrying out all instructions and assisting where and when necessity arises.
