Record summer sales Several apartments have been sold in the Bendinat Group’s Andraitx project.  There are also just four apartments left to sell in both Sa Vinya and Las Adelfas.
New project in PortoColom launched Meanwhile seven apartments have also been sold in Bendinat’s latest development which went on the market just two months ago.  PortoColom is an idyllic area of Mallorca and this project is the first for the group in the east of the island.  Bendinat clients have the opportunity to invest in an unspoilt fishing village in a peaceful and unique spot.
Concerts on the grass Four magical outdoor concerts were held at Real Golf de Bendinat in August.  Performances included Chopin’s piano concerto Number 1 played by a Russian prodigy aged just 12 years.  There was also a balalaika recital (the first in Spain) and a soprano.
Charity wine tasting at Sa Vinya A charity wine tasting took place on 19th September at Sa Vinya to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis and the orphanage in Palma.  In conjunction with the Rotary Club, wines from Australia, California and France are being donated for the event as well as auction items.  Live music was provided by Swiss blues pianist Silvan Zingg. 3,000 euros was raised for the charities.
