Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of £200 will be required to confirm a reservation and the final balance shall be due 7 working days before the event. LGC will invoice these payments at the relevant time. The final number of people attending must reach LGC at least 14 working days prior to the date of the function for which you will be charged in full for that number. LGC will endeavour to accommodate any increase in guest numbers. Any guests who fail to arrive, LGC will charge the client for in full, no refunds applicable. Any cancellation or postponement must be confirmed in writing.

Dress Code

Our dress code is smart evening wear, strictly no jeans or trainers are allowed.
Black tie is optional.
